“Just a note to say how delighted I was with my delivery of your patio furniture. It can be hard when you buy from the internet as you have no real idea of the weight and quality of the items you are purchasing until they are delivered. However, I couldn't be more pleased with the set. It is even nicer than presented on your website. The table and chairs are so solid and generous in size and the cushions wipe clean and can also be washed in the event of a real catastrophe. I feel that they will last for many years and look forward to seeing how well they will cope the the type of winters we have been experiencing of late.
I would also like to thank you for all your help and advise and for your action in dealing with the faulty parasol which you so promptly replaced.
