“I bought 2 loungers. The delivery was fairly quick although a little longer than usual due to current issues. The loungers were good quality, although one of the pre assembled sections was a little out and another only part drilled which made assembly difficult but not impossible. Originally we thought we had an issue with the wheel legs on one as they appeared to be incorrectly drilled and the wheels moved left to right instead of forwards and backwards. After raising a concern, 2 new legs were ordered, however we then got a call to advise us to swap the legs as this turns them 90 degrees. This solved the problem. Bottom line here is the instructions/labling of parts could be better but service is excellent.”
