“I am delighted with my table, 3 chairs and cushions that arrived on Friday. However, i could not manage to book online as my order did not seem to process. You should know this. The person who took my order on the phone was good and helpful but was not clear about your terms of delivery. You need to consider the quality of your delivery service. The man who delivered informed me that he could not bring the table etc into the house and it would be left on the doorstep. I am a 68 year old woman! There was no confirmation paper with the content of the delivery and only thanks to my friend in the house, who insisted on opening it, did we find it was not the right order. This was all at our insistence as the delivery man was not helpful, rude and wanted to run off. Eventually we persuaded him to check his van and the correct items were there at the back of his van. With this delivery service (and lack of information about it at the time of order), I shall not be using your company again although I really like your products.”
