“The on-line experience was really good. No problems at all. The customer liaison was swift and positive. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the delivery was made by one guy, with everything shrink wrapped on a pallet.
Fortunately for all I am male and reasonably strong so I could give the guy a hand. If my wife had answered the door........... I suppose they would have had to unwrap everything on the truck and bring it all in one at a time. The aluminium furniture is not heavy, but with a large timber pallet it is. Oh, yes, and the driver would not take the pallet away, so that's something else we have to deal with. The delivery experience was NOT good”
“Only problem was on day of delivery I had an e-mail confirming delivery between 7.00 and 20.00 when I had paid for delivery before mid- day. This prompted a phone call which was dealt with superbly and the parcels arrived at 11.00ish This was the day of the snow and tracking was difficult due to traffic conditions”

“Ordered table, 2 chairs and 2 high back cushions. Table and chairs are excellent; cushions are a big disappointment.
The cushions are not in any way 'tailored' to fit the chair and barley fit.
Customer service was very good. Order was processed quickly, I was contacted to arrange delivery and given a 1 hour time slot which was met.”
