“The furniture is great, and easy to assemble but the delivery partners were a nightmare. It took 3 phone calls and an additional 2 weeks on top of the delivery date to get it sorted out. Customer Service were always polite and helpful but they could only tell me what they were being told by their delivery partners. If I hadn't kept following up I suspect my furniture would still be in 3 separate warehouses. Get it sorted Lazy Susan, they are letting you down.”
