“I have been looking for some garden furniture for a couple of years now (it has replaced a teak set, that even though I have treated it many times, which is laborious, it is brittle and was a complete waste of money). I ordered the Madison table, 8 Emma chairs, the Jasmine bench, parasol and base. A*** at Lazy Susan, who I placed the order with, was very helpful and professional, as was M***, who I spoke to later. The order arrived on the day when it was expected and we (my 10 year old son helped me) had the whole set assembled in a short space of time. The pieces are a good weight, yet not too heavy to move around. One or two minor problems, one was that the instructions are not good, eg the base of the table has to be put together in a certain way and this was not indicated. There were some small chips of paint missing on one of the chair sets and one of two other things. However these minor points were quickly rectified with Lazy Susan. The team at Lazy Susan are obviously proud of the furniture and were very keen to make sure that I was totally satisfied with it. Lazy Susan have good old-fashioned values, which is refreshing. Excellent service. The furniture is beautiful and I look forward to years of long summers (and sunny winter days) to be able to use it as much as possible.
