“I am very impressed with this company. My table set was delivered within 24 hours ( even though I didn't pay extra for this!), I was kept up to date during the day of delivery regarding expected arrival times, and 2 very polite and cheery young men delivered my furniture which involved carrying my deliveries down my long, badly lit drive on a dark, rainy evening. The chairs did not require assembly, as expected, and the company are happy for me to keep my furniture unwrapped in my garage until the spring. Any problems which I may find then, will be covered by the guarantee. Such excellent customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough”

“Excellent customer service that can contact you by email (which I did) or on the phone, fast service and detailed answers. The products seem (to be confirmed, of course, with time) to be robust. However, a star deducted because of the parasol . For a rectangular table, a round parasol is not ideal; a rectangular one would have been better. We bought an extra parasol but it looked chinese, and the color is not like that of the sample. Finally, the parasols don't hold well if they are not put in the table hole and they easily fall even if it is just light wind.”
