“I ordered a table with four chairs and a bench (white) as well as seat cushions for everything and a parasol (all in dark blue). Delivery to Germany was speedy and the service was excellent. A set of screws was missing and I needed to fix some tiny (paint) mistakes. The set of screws and a small bottle of white paint were sent off a few hours after I contacted service and arrived here quickly. Responses were quick and friendly. Excellent! The products themselves I am very happy with. Yes, not every single part fits as perfectly as it should, but with some patience I managed to assemble everything myself and got it to be rock-solid. I purchased this larger set because I had already ordered a bench for my mother previously and knew what to expect. I have read many of the negative reviews prior to ordering and cannot agree with most of them. These products are not light-weight, so be prepared, and it is no surprise that shipping providers will not deliver to the exact spot wherever you want to set the furniture up. And, yes, packaging material might look excessive at first, but it did protect my shipment perfectly (I could see that several of the packages had been mishandled by the carrier, but not one single item was defective). Secondly, you will need some patience and time to get everything the way it is supposed to be. Altogether, I am very happy with my purchase and hope that the furniture, which I keep on two balconies and I intend to leave there the year 'round), lasts as long as I hope it will. Summary: Very happy with both products and service provided!”

“Bought the Lucy Table (White), 4 April chairs, grey cushions and a matching parasol base. Well made product, sturdy and looks great. Love the built in “levellers” on each and every leg. Everything sits firm and solid. Perfect! Took longer than I thought to construct - there are a lot of nuts and bolts - but construction is simple. Three bolts didn’t fit their respective nuts so had to buy replacement locally. No doubt the company would have provided replacements but wanted to finish the job asap. Would recommend to anyone.”
