“Delivery was prompt and the table and chairs well wrapped on the pallet - all arrived safely! Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful in sorting out the details of my order and the table assembled easily - although possibly the paper instructions could have been a little fuller... but it was all obvious and well backed up by the video clip on the web. Some guidance on how tight to screw the nuts would have been helpful - given the relative softness of the aluminium casting to the steel bolts. I should have preferred the company sticker on the edge, rather than the top, of the table (I am not sure whether it can be pulled off without damaging the paint finish). But all these are minor points. I was/am very happy with the product - the chairs are very comfortable (more so than I was expecting!) and the table fits in well.”
