“The furniture is of good quality and we are really pleased with it but we were let down with the delivery. My husband took the day off but it didn't arrive as promised when we contact you it was agreed that the furniture would arrive between 8-9 the next morning so my husband could get to work, however, it didn't arrive till 9.30 am which meant he had to take more time off work. If this had gone to plan you would have received five stars.”
“Ordering and delivery were five star. Table construction , using an unopened chair box, was as clearly shown in your video. The parasol ,base and cushions were superb. I was mentally composing a five star eulogy when I unpacked the wrong chairs. This was an irritation, which you remedied in a timely way. It might be useful to note the contents on the outside of the chair boxes, or supervise their packing.”
