The delivery took place within a few days and my morning slot exceeded my expectation as it was a 9am - 12noon window that arrived at 8.15am. The furniture was brilliantly packaged, was easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Just need some decent weather to enjoy it!”

The service was second to none. We went to the warehouse to view the set prior to purchasing. David kindly met us on a Saturday and was very helpful with his advice.
After placing the order it arrived within two days. There was an issue with one seat and this was promptly resolved with no hassle. I received a replacement seat within 24hrs. Thank you Andrew for that.

One word of warning though with regard to deliveries. If ordering a large amount of furniture as in my case, it may not always be possible to deliver 'to your door' as the goods are palletised and can be too large for narrow pathways. Fortunately, a kindly neighbour allowed me to use her driveway to park the pallet until I was able to unpack it. Not a complaint, just a warning as the items were excellently packed.”
