“Good customer service and prompt delivery. Although accepting that the product needs protecting during transit, the quantity/style of packing was over the top. For one table/chair set, it took over an hour to remove all the packaging. There must have been about a mile of sellotape for example.”

The order was very easy to place on the website and, once I'd spoken to one of the team, my furniture was delivered within a couple of days. All really well packaged to ensure nothing was damaged in transit and straightforward to assemble. “I would recommend you products to others, very pleased with the table and 6 chairs purchased, my only comments would be bottom tube on parasol could be heavier gauge as this is easily creased, also the seat cushions are not a perfect fit with the seats. But all in all a very good product”
