“I can definitely recommend this company. We looked around all the usual places for garden furniture and then came across Lay Susan. Not nearby for us but worth the trip to see the large selection. Service was great. We were personally met at the factory and shown the range of furniture available. Excellent service - polite and helpful without any pressure to buy. We did buy and got a good deal on a second table (bistro) and cushions.

My only slight critisim was that the large nut caps were too small for the bolts and so certain bolts had to be left with no nut cap.
