“The delivery information on the website is a bit confusing. It's not obvious on first reading that 'Lazy Susan deliver' is different to delivery by your distributors - so the different timescales mentioned are confusing. Also the 'transit times' table is confusing. I wasn't sure if that meant the time taken from the moment the goods left the distributors warehouse or included the time from the moment the order was processed to the time the goods would be delivered to my house. It's a big selling point that you can deliver so quickly so you should highlight it! Customer service was very good and I felt that I was dealing with a 'proper' company and not some dodgy internet crowd.”
“We placed our order on Tuesday evening and proudly took delivery of all our furniture on Friday afternoon. We were amazed at how well all the items were packed and my husband and step son assembled them all as soon as I had unpacked them Friday afternoon, they both said how much thought had gone into the way they are built and put together and my step son is an RAF Tornado techi and he said how well they are made and how solid it all felt once assembled. We have got the June oval table with six April chairs & cushions, also two small Sandra coffee tables and we are delighted with every item, the chairs are very comfy with or without the cushions. We can't fault the staff and customer service at Lazy Susan, they are very helpful and very efficient, Thank you to Gyles for your help with our order. “Excellent, helpful and personable customer service, and a sound product. I was impressed that thought had been given to using stainless steel fittings to avoid electrolytic corrosion with the aluminium alloy and was very pleased with the solidness of the furniture. The only 'down' side was that three chairs came without fittings, but this was resolved quickly by one phone call and an express delivery with the missing items. I am pleased to recommend Lazy Susan.”
“The order procedure was easy and efficient and the delivery was excellent. The furniture was well wrapped against damage in transit, although it did make for an unscheduled trip to the recycling centre. I did have some difficulty with assembling the table as the leg support bar made it hard to locate the holes in the legs to the pre-drilled holes in the table top and I feel that some more detailed, written instructions would have perhaps made this task easier. Happy with the finished product”
