“The order, order confirmation and handing over to the logistic company was very quick and uncomplicated. After coordination the delivery arrived exactly on the day. Five parts of the delivery were damaged (damages by hits and scretches on the paintwork). After consultaion the provider sent new five parts for free. The commissioned logistic company, DPD, tried to deliver the parts after two hours upfront-information, and dropped off the parcel at a parcel shop. Despite extensive communication between AG, clients and DPD, no further delivery was possible (catastrophe). The ordered products comply with our expectations after the additional delivery.”
