Goods were extremely well packaged so no worries about damage occurring in transit. As items are flat packed you need to self assemble them (which is a piece of cake) they come with all bits and pieces (even tools to aid assembly) and most importantly clear and precise instructions. Once assembled you will appreciate the workmanship and quality of the product it really outstanding and great value for money. My wife and I are extremely well pleased with our purchase and can't praise the company enough We purchased the June Table, Emma Chairs along with the Jasmine Garden Bench, all of which look excellent. “After viewing and selecting our garden dining set on the Lazy Susan website, we felt we wanted to visit the showroom, just to be sure of the size and quality. So, we visited the Chichester showroom and were immediately welcomed and dealt with by the gentleman. He was very helpful and thorough, so we placed our order, even adding a couple of extras to our original selection. That was on the Thursday. By the following Monday part of our order was delivered (free delivery!). The remainder could have been delivered the next day (Tuesday) but we had planned to be out, so opted for the Wednesday. We were kept informed by Parcel force of the delivery status at all times. My husband put together all the items over the following two days without any trouble as the correct screws, nuts, bolts, spanners and even screwdrivers were included as well as clear instructions. We are very pleased with our purchase.”
