“The parcels arrived undamaged and on time. Unfortunately out of six chairs we only received five sets of arms. Fearing that I would end up speaking with an Indian call centre I was most surprised to find that I was speaking to a very helpful gentleman in Chichester. The missing chair arms were ordered and dispatched which we received a few days later. When they acknowledged the error they were most apologetic and helpful. An excellent service.”

Good, quick delivery. Packaged well. Easy to assemble and looks good. I bought the terracotta cushions and parasol and they are all good, although I think the cushions are quite expensive for what they are but they fit the chairs nicely.”

There was a couple of small chips out of the paint on one of the chairs but Customer service were very helpful and despatched some touch up paint very quickly”
