“The chair and tables are just what I was expecting, unfortunately the chairs, which came stacked and although there was packing between and around them unfortunately on two of the chairs paint was missing from a few places.”
“Having spent the day waiting for my table and chairs to be delivered i was more than a little upset having spoken to Lazy Susan only to find out that the order was not dispatched.
You would expect perhaps that this review would be very negative. Lazy Susan were very apologetic and it appeared to be a genuine mistake. They then went on to make sure the the delivery was made to my convenience (no all day waiting this time) and they even threw in an additional item.

“On the Web site the offer for the reduced price for the April bench did not get taken off the invoice. I had to call to get the invoice reduced. Every thing else was OK till the goods arrived and I was 4 seat pads short. Had to call again and they will be delivered on Monday.”

“I can definitely recommend this company. We looked around all the usual places for garden furniture and then came across Lay Susan. Not nearby for us but worth the trip to see the large selection. Service was great. We were personally met at the factory and shown the range of furniture available. Excellent service - polite and helpful without any pressure to buy. We did buy and got a good deal on a second table (bistro) and cushions.
