“I was very pleased when my order was delivered promptly the day after my order was submitted the previous afternoon. The goods were very well packaged and were found to be of generally good quality. Unwrapping all the componets, which were individually wrapped in bubble wrap, took a while but it was pleasing to see the care and thought that had gone into the packaging process. Unpacking and assembly took about 5 hours overall for a table and six chairs, so be prepared to set aside the best part of a day for this chore. All the fixing were present except for the lock washers for the table top and its legs. These were referred to in the fitting instructions and there was a space for them on the fixings component blister pack but were found to be missing. Everything went together easily except for the last component to be fitted, a left hand chair arm. On asembley it was found to be slightly mishappen either through a casting error or damage in transit and as a result it caused damage on assembly to the seat back.. As a result Customer Services were contacted by phone. My call was answered promptly and courteously and on explaining the problem I received, with no quiblle, a replacement chair arm and seat back in the post the following day. I have to say that despite the problems mentioned I was very satisfied overall with the service and quality of the product. I haven't used the product yet so can't comment on its durability but so far all looks good.”
