“I was very pleased with the appearance and quality of the table and chairs which I ordered however I did experience a problem when assembling one of the chairs. One of the armrest vertical members which connects the armrest to the side of the seat had a much tighter radius than the other three arm components. This deformation resulted in the centres between the backrest and seat fixing holes to be ten millimetres less than the other three arms making it impossible to connect. I did consider making a request for replacement part but decided to apply some force to flatten the radius until the hole centres were made correct.This exercise does not appear to have damaged the sandstone paint finish on the component however considering the cost of the garden set, I wouldn't have expected the problem to have occurred in the first place. ***”
“The finished product looks lovely but the table and 2 chairs took about 2 hours to put together. I hadn't realised the table was also self-assembly as it didn't say in the description. I also thought we were going to get a notification in the morning of our delivery time, but we got a notification late in the day at that our delivery would be at 1845. Can't remember the exact time but it was evening, no need to have waited in!”
