On this occasion, the service was fast and responsive - we had the bench here within 24 hours of placing the order. We particularly liked the way we were given an hour's time slot of the delivery which is relatively unusual these days. The bench was easy to build, it looks great and is comfortable to sit on - in fact it's much more comfortable than wooden benches that have flat rather than curved seats.
