“Hi....I wanted to contact you directly as an item I ordered was out of stock. Disappointed to see the old 0845 numbers and wasn't able to get through to anyone. Delivery was quick with plenty of emails keeping me informed but nothing about whether I' ve been charged yet for the item out of stock. Overall I thought the website was good but with todays emphasis on customer service you cant let these little things happen....I haven't set the bench up yet and that will decide whether I will shop again or recommend.”
