“I ordered a garden bench for my parents as a gift and was told it could be delivered a week later at my request when I would have been staying with them. However, it arrived the following day as it seems once you place an order it automatically is prepared for dispatch. So the surprise element had to go as I had to inform my parents so they could be in to sign for it. Apart from that, the bench itself is great and perfect for them as it is low maintenance but light enough to be moved as required to different parts of the garden.”
