“On the whole I had a really good experience ordering from your company. Had some difficulty getting my credit cards accepted but spoke to a very helpful person who processed the details over the ‘phone. Delivery was very efficient. I received an email saying the goods were being delivered the next day. Didn’t receive a timeslot as according to the delivery driver they send a text to you mobile and I didn’t give a mobile number. I am very pleased with the bench which has been much admired by recent visitors. It is very easy to assemble, reasonably sturdy and of good quality. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company and would certainly use your company again.”
“I found the service you provided was first class, We had a delivery time give stating that the product would arrive between 2.27 an 3.27pm. It came at exactly 2.27, amazing!
This was a present to my son and though we checked the bench at the time of dlivery to us, when my son opened it about a week later, the cushion when removed from its plastic bag, did have some black marks on it. We were going to contact you, but when he sponged and dried the cushion, these marks disappeared.
