“We were really happy with our purchase (Ivy bistro) from start to finish. We requested the delivery date and were sent a 1 hour time slot for delivery which worked perfectly. The table and chairs were well packaged. It took is about an hour to unpack and assemble which was not bad going for us! The product itself is great - lightweight but sturdy enough, comfortable to sit on and looks fantastic (as per the website photos). “I ordered and received the above last year. The delivery was very prompt and unfortunately, one of the packs of screws was missing. I phoned the company - fabulous support and they posted them out immediately (received next day).
This table and chairs sits out in all weather and this spring, I washed them down (to remove the bird poo and cob webs) and they look as good as the day I received them.
Really impressed. The only maintenance required is tightening up the screws on the chairs after being out all winter - I can cope with that!
