“Excellent furniture, priced better than B&Q equivalent - for example. Table and chairs - excellent, parasol - excellent. Observation: - with 2 people (1 fixing and 1 stabilising) allow 20 minutes to assemble per chair / table. For table - ensure screw spindles to receive legs are flat screwdriver slot facing outwards - to allow for tightening. A socket wrench speeds up tightening rather than then small wrench provided (10mm socket) and also have a *** screwdriver to hold bolt against nuts being tightened. The plastic nut protective caps appear to be not very tight and may have to be glued in - minor issue. If the chairs had of been welded (which 50% are, our choice was self assembly only) it would have been a quicker assembly e.g. for elderly people and removed the aesthetic issue of visible plastic nut covers. Again a minor quibble from observation. Parasol base: - having several sleeve keepers to allow for various widths of parasol is a good idea, however I suggest a further cap on the top to prevent water getting into the base. I made a cap by cutting down a small can used for olives by half and wrapping inside and out with duck tape! Did the trick. Other than the above very minor observations I completely recommend the product and service delivery. We paid for a before-noon slot, which was dead on noon, otherwise a 2 hour slot offering might be wiser with a different carrier such as DPD who provide GPS and time tracking for the customer. Again a minor issue. Summary: - excellent quality, good price (better than DIY stores), good service and so no hesitation in recommending product as a premier brand.”
