So We tel over the bank holiday on a Sunday for an appointment and were able to visit the next day on bank holiday Monday, great service. The quality was really good compared to what we had seen locally. So we purchased on that day. Delivery was arranged for the same week on the Thursday early morning, every thing arrived on time and in good order, more good service. We are very pleased with our purchase and no more treating the wood etc just the odd wipe with a cloth, great.
