“I had some queries about online ordering so called the customer contact number and was really impressed with the support. He was able to answer my queries and confirm some alternative items to supplement my order. All was done in a friendly and non-pushy way and the whole process was easy with email updates about the shipment of the items etc. The only problem we've had is that the table has a small dent in one place of the edge. Nothing too bad but noticeable once you know it's there ! Have recommended to a couple of friends already as the product and service are superb.”

Excellent customer service through the website and quick delivery compliant to the expected delivery times. Very good value for money, we would had never found such good garden furniture products at such prices in France. Products very well finished, exactly what I was looking for: I was losing hope! Three things to review: The Rose chairs are 1/2 cm too high which is a little problematic to fit them under the table. Small paint chip on the side of the garden table, maybe provide a paint sample with the table (otherwise very difficult to find the exact same paint colour). I hope not to be disappointed in the future because this garden furniture will stay outside and highly exposed to weatherings. Once again, a big thank you for your professionalism!”
