“Service and customer support were excellent Some of the chair legs had scratches and paint blemishes on them when we opened them, but they were quickly replaced If you follow the instructions for making the chairs up you will have problems getting the plastic bolt covers on. You need to make up the seat of the chair and fit the arms before tightening any of the nuts and boltss, then put the legs on All the screws for the chair arms and the table are all too long (about 5mm) so that the plastic covers do not cover the bolts”
