We had wanted the stripey chair cushions, but they were no longer available, so we 'ummed and aahed' over the colour for the chair cushions; green or stone. Just couldn't decide. Eventually, we were advised that most people ordering from the website chose stone, whilst most people buying in person (from the outlet) chose green. The third order got caught up in the bank holiday volume, but Kate from the customer service team telephoned me on the bank holiday Sunday to explain what had happened, apologise, and confirm a replacement was being despatched.
