“There was an excellent contact with the members of staff. But the package did arrived poorly packaged, but as the wrappings are very well made, nothing was damaged.
Instructions for assembling the item are clear, with well-identified parts and of good quality.
Only small downside, the bolts the Kate chairs weren't adequate: Those that should be used to fix the back of the chair are too long (35mm), which makes the caps too loose and the chair look a bit ugly. 30mm bolts would be perfect. To remedy the inconvenience, we inverted the bolts from the back with those of the foundations ... And it's much better!
Overall the garden furniture is exactly as expected (this is our second purchase), the quality is indisputable ... Would recommend!”
