“Delivery was very good. Items very well packed. The fixings would have been better in bags rather than blister packed, very fiddly. There are a couple of minor defects, but will not affect rating.”

Tatiana in Sales was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was happy the my choice. Delivery was very quick and I was kept informed by every step of the way, the driver calling me half an hour out to let me know. There was a bit of a glitch on one of the items, but as soon as I let Lazy Susan know, Siobhan in Customer Care was on the case and the problem was resolved like magic.
