“Website worked very well -easy to find most items and to order was simply. On my 'phone query to service/ customer centre (about buying an extra square table...which seems very pricy?) I was helped very well and was delighted with the service. It is a GREAT shame these great seats & tables are NOT MADE IN UK (as I think the website video.... sort of suggests???) but, of course at these fair prices they are entirely made, boxed and shipped from China.
That understood their are close looking competitors at lower prices...but I went for what seemed like (and remains so) a good quality and well run manufacturing & sales/ well branded operation.
The products arrived very well packed (er...maybe too much bubble wrap?) and condition /assembly kit as stated. The assembly tools are very bare minimum, (quite cheap really) poor in quality.... but they /and the basic instructions work well enough.
The seats and tables are of a well fitting and good construction /well designed and seem perfectly suited to stylish and secure outdoor seating.
I would recommend these as suitable and strong enough English outdoor furniture.”
