“I ordered just one Emma Chair for a specific place at the top of the garden stairs and I received brilliant service from Lazy Susan for such a modest order (is there a lazy Susan I wonder?).
Very quick delivery and we were notified at every stage, delivery was on time as promised.
The Emma Chair is very elegant and the assembly instructions were clear. All the hardware (screws / nuts etc) arrived shrink wrapped on a printed instruction card, so you could instantly see if a part is missing.
A nice touch is the plastic caps designed to cover the nuts - they just completed the job.
