“The furniture arrived very quickly and ahead of time. All items were very well packaged and protected - they could have been glass rather than metal ! Each item was bubble wrapped with any corner having additional protection and then placed in a strong cardboard box. Not surprisingly it all arrived in pristine condition. The assembly instructions were good and very easy to follow - each package had its own tool kit. The nuts and bolts were all shrink wrapped onto a cardboard base - so no possible losses. Unfortunately one chair was supplied with 2 right arms ! A replacement left arm was supplied, without any fuss in 24 hours - what service ! Overall I would award LazySusan 110/100 and based on my experience I would, unhesitatingly, highly recommend them to anyone wanting metal garden furniture.
