“Uncomplicated and clear, from the ordering, the delivery. The amount of packaging showed care and pride that the company has in it's product. Best of all, 'the putting together' was time consuming ( I am a 68yr woman) but everything fitted beautifully and not a crossed threaded screw in sight.
