Delivery procedure very well thought through and as a customer I was well informed about the delivery date (but would have liked a time window to be provided - had to rely on goodwill of neighbours as I could not wait in all day. Assembly instructions were not good - there was a piece provided that was not referred to at all in the instructions. I had to contact somebody at Lazy Susan (***- and he was very helpful 5* for ***!) to find out what it was and how to fit it.”
