“Very good product - robust and well made. Delivery procedure very well thought through and as a customer I was well informed about the delivery date (but would have liked a time window to be provided - had to rely on goodwill of neighbours as I could not wait in all day. Assembly instructions were not good - there was a piece provided that was not referred to at all in the instructions. I had to contact somebody at Lazy Susan (***- and he was very helpful 5* for ***!) to find out what it was and how to fit it.”
“Delivery on the agreed date. Perfect. Problem when assembling the table : the thread of the table top to fix the legs is not deep enough OR the screw is too long to let us adjust the plastic covers. Was obliged to shorten the screws in order to put the covers”
