“The only problem was the delivery. I had arranged for the goods to be left with neighbour. Having been given time for delivery the neighbour checked outside when this time had passed. The goods had been left in the middle of our open porch in full view of the street. As I had been told the delivery would need to be signed for I feel this was very irresponsible.”
