“Range is excellent and the order procedure very easy. The only let down was the local Interlink franchise. The parcel arrived at his depot at 07.14 and at 17.00 a call from me elicited the response of 'with you in 30 mins.'. Took a further call to finally get the delivery at 20.40. The delivery had already been signed for by the franchisee but I don't know at what time. A less charitable customer may suspect the time was somewhat earlier than the actual delivery time. Lazy Susan had been let down; otherwise 5 stars.”

Sales contact by mail: Excellent for friendliness, flexibility and responsiveness, all in French. Product: a few incidents upon assembly resolved, but can be blockers for non-manual person.”
“I phoned your customer services to discuss my potential purchase and was treated courteously, efficiently and promptly by a very polite young man who sorted out my order for me. Delivery was on time, well packaged and complete. Apart from a little difficulty levelling the chair legs, my bistro set is now taking pride of place on my patio, looking splendid and a pleasure to sit in. Very comfortable! My only problem is where to store all the extra fixing nuts,bolts, washers and caps that were included!! Excellent”
“I am not yet in a position to give a definite opinion: Although my order was delivered very quickly, the garden table was not in the right colour. However, after speaking with a member of the customer service, they offered to send me a new table in the right colour, and I don't even have to send mine back! I haven't yet received my second table, but the customer service so far has been brilliant and I am sure I will be very happy with my new garden table!”
