“My furniture arrived really quickly and was extremely well packaged to prevent any damage in transit.
It is really well made and I am so pleased with the look and style of it. I chose white metal and was hoping I'd made the right decision. I certainly did, It looks fabulous with navy and white cushions and really brightens up my garden.
There were a couple of small chips on one of my items so I contacted Lazy Susan by email asking if I could have some touch up paint as I didn't want the hassle of returning the item for an exchange. They were very quick to respond and sent me a small bottle of paint within a couple of days.
The only minor problem I had was with the delivery company as I didn't know my furniture was arriving when it did. I had an email from DHL saying to expect a delivery but they didn't say from whom. I presumed it was for my garden furniture so I contacted Lazy Susan Customer Service to confirm.
The next day the delivery company messaged me to give me a two hour time slot but turned up and hour early so I was not at home. They left my furniture outside the front of my house in full show and even said on the delivery confirmation that I'd signed for the item. Luckily I was home about 15 minutes after the delivery so it wasn't left outside for long.”
