It took us a few weeks to get around to start putting the furniture together. Unfortunately, one of the cushioned 'feet' in the parasol base was broken, but this was quickly remedied after a phone call to the office - first class service and delivery of the replacement part. The price paid for the patio set and parasol was fair, given the quality. We're really pleased overall with the product and the exceptional service.”
