“Fast delivery, very well protected merchandises. The assembling of the table and chairs took some time but the products seem solid, at least meets the expectations from the catalogs' photos.
Is it possible to receive some extra touch up paint as there is a small part of the under table that hasn't been painted.”
“I certainly recommend! The ordering process on the website went fine - and the follow-up phone call to arrange a delivery date/time was good too. And, the delivery showed up right on time. Great packaging. 3 negatives: 1) the delivery (as emphasised by the guy who did the delivery) was "kerbside". It was okay for me (with a bit of help from the delivery guy) to get the really heavy boxes to where I needed them in my garden. But this might be troublesome for others. 2) The assembly took far, far longer than I expected - 6 chairs plus a table (100 bolts in total - plus all the unpacking) took many hours. 3) the bag for the chair cushions split and is now useless (I don't think it was big enough).”
