“Beautiful furniture - we are really happy with it. Would highly recommend it to others. Very much looking forward to some good weather so we can make the most of it, but it has made a real difference to the garden just to look at. Also - fantastic customer service. Very very helpful on the phone on my initial, very tentative, enquiry. Speedy turnaround of the order. The only negative aspect was the 'pallet' delivery (for a Saturday delivery), although probably my mistake, as I hadn't entirely understood what this meant. The delivery driver dropped the furniture in boxes on the pavement outside our house, wooden pallet and all - apparently with the pallet system they don't make any effort to bring it to your front door or into the house. After much persuasion he did help with one bit, but I had to leave the rest on the street until my husband got home much later. I would recommend using the Lazy Susan delivery team if you're not in a rush to get your product.”

The delivery was on time and the overall transaction went very smoothly. The furniture was also very well packed to protect it from damage.
On assembling the furniture we found some minor items (chair feet and nut covers) missing, but after a quick e-mail these were despatched immediately and arrived the next day.
All in all we would rate the service throughout the process from viewing; through ordering and delivery; to post sales support as excellent.

It is well made; being sturdy and sufficient weight such that you feel comfortable and secure when using it, unlike some other metal furniture (even some that are far more expensive).
The six seater table we selected could easily fit eight people and we have enjoyed using it, especially as it seems to be perfect for coping with our variable summer weather. I would expect it to survive our winters too with very little maintenance.
In terms of value, we could not find anything (either locally at large outlets or on-line) that came anywhere near the low price offered by Lazy Susan.
