“Your service was excellent but disappointed with the quality, the castings on the table and some of the chairs did not line up properly ie the table leg support one bracket was an inch out of line,and the chair arms were also an inch out of line and had to be forced together.”

We were surprised that a 6 Seater was so long - plenty of room to seat 8 people if needed. There was no need to worry about how comfortable the chairs would be - they are absolutely fine.
The overall service and information given was second to none. It's good to speak to knowledgeable people who care about the customer and their product. It was no problem even to arrange a Saturday delivery. Everything arrived promptly and in good order.

We wanted to know if which of their tables etc was suitable for a seaside environment and we were given very honest feedback Quality is very good - unkown on how it will stand up to a salty environment but believe the product will do very well. “Beautiful furniture - we are really happy with it. Would highly recommend it to others. Very much looking forward to some good weather so we can make the most of it, but it has made a real difference to the garden just to look at. Also - fantastic customer service. Very very helpful on the phone on my initial, very tentative, enquiry. Speedy turnaround of the order. The only negative aspect was the 'pallet' delivery (for a Saturday delivery), although probably my mistake, as I hadn't entirely understood what this meant. The delivery driver dropped the furniture in boxes on the pavement outside our house, wooden pallet and all - apparently with the pallet system they don't make any effort to bring it to your front door or into the house. After much persuasion he did help with one bit, but I had to leave the rest on the street until my husband got home much later. I would recommend using the Lazy Susan delivery team if you're not in a rush to get your product.”
