“Beautiful furniture - we are really happy with it. Would highly recommend it to others. Very much looking forward to some good weather so we can make the most of it, but it has made a real difference to the garden just to look at.
Also - fantastic customer service. Very very helpful on the phone on my initial, very tentative, enquiry. Speedy turnaround of the order.
The only negative aspect was the 'pallet' delivery (for a Saturday delivery), although probably my mistake, as I hadn't entirely understood what this meant. The delivery driver dropped the furniture in boxes on the pavement outside our house, wooden pallet and all - apparently with the pallet system they don't make any effort to bring it to your front door or into the house. After much persuasion he did help with one bit, but I had to leave the rest on the street until my husband got home much later. I would recommend using the Lazy Susan delivery team if you're not in a rush to get your product.”
“Quality control on the final product prior to dispatch. There were 2 chairs which were chipped on the arms. Quite noticeable and should have been identified before transportation. I asked for touch-up paint rather than return and the paint was received a few days later. Also the caps provided for the fixing screws for the table, do not fit, as the screws are too long.”

Table was a bit awkward to build and even now bolts etc don't line up perfectly but it is more than good enough, looks great and as though it will all last a lifetime.”
