It was delivered on time and packaged well ,on a pallet. .We found the furniture very easy to assemble once we had worked it out . “Order process was not entirely clear as far as inclusion of the gift. Only when one proceeds to commit to pay does the gift appear on the order list. This caused me to hesitate to place an order. Call centre agent (before 9am) was friendly but not able to clarify regarding the gift. Thereafter all telephone calls I made were directly to the company (***) and assistance was clear and informative. 1 missing table leg and 1 faulty part were delivered the next day as promised.
