“An excellent experience! Our furniture is beautiful and the customer service was excellent too. A small part was missing when the furniture arrived. I phoned the company the same day and explained that I needed the part quickly as we had an event organised two days from then. The member of staff I spoke to arranged for the part to be sent by priority courier and sure enough the parts arrived the following day.
