“This review is for a set of chairs that we have had replaced. We contacted Lazy Susan to say we had a issue with some of our chairs which were right on the end if not just passed the warranty period. After asking us for as much detail as we could supply they came back to us saying it's not the image that they want to give out so would be replacing all 6 chairs F.O.C. and to donate the old ones to charity. The only down side and it's nothing to do with Lazy Susan, it's the delivery company DHL. 3 failed delivery dates and countless emails and messages to find out why with no satisfactory answers. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.”
“Had some pealing paint on chairs after almost 3 years that was getting worse. Contacted customer services who were very helpful and arranged to send replacement chairs, which we have now received. Excellent customer service, thank you.”
“Very good chairs - we had one of your tables already and are very pleased with it so we wanted chairs to go with it. We love our new ones - easy to assemble, strong and stable. Also very nice and helpful young lady on the phone. Sorry can’t remember her name but she was excellent.”
