There was no argument as the photographs proved the problem had been real and the Company emphasised their high quality customer care with prompt email reply and delivery of new product to replace! More..they actually thought of a charity which could benefit others by offering the damaged ones for recycling..extremely thoughtful of all people not just those that pay them! Well done Lazy Sysan

We had a problem with peeling paint on our Lazy Susan Chairs, reported issue to Customer Services as we were only days short of their 3 Year Guarantee, to our amazement, and with no quibble, our six chairs were replaced by Lazy Susan and delivered in days!!! We were so pleased as we are very proud of our Lazy Susan table and chairs, they are the centre piece of our garden and are kept there all year round in all weathers!!! Thank you Lazy Susan, your guarantee is as good as your word!!!
